Nami, Slovenia, around and around

I decided to write a blog about my travel across Japan. My sister and I decided to go to Japan for three months and research the country a little bit. Since this page is related to my Digimon Website, there will be a lot of Digimon content – since my plan is to write a little bit about the locations we can see in the Digimon franchise. If that’s why you are here, feel free to look around!

"Let us be lovely
And let us be kind,
Let us be silly and free.
It won't make us famous,
It won't make us rich,
But damnit how HAPPY we'll be."
- Edward Monkton

One of my favourite Digimon character's song, enjoy:

¡Buenas noches!

Another month another destination. Matt and Ken go with Davis to Miami (Florida, USA) to meet up with their american digidestined friend Michael. While Davis goes to New York with Michael, Ken and Matt fly to Acapulco, Mexico. Acapulco is a major seaport and is also Mexico's largest beach and resort city. In the episode 42 (02 season) we can see some hotels for a few seconds. There is this one with very specific shape and if I'm not wrong that is actually HS Hotsson Smart Acapulco hotel. Check it out below.

Matt, Ken and their Digimon leave Acapulco as soon as they destroy the Dark tower because all the Digimon they're after escaped east to the Mayan ruins in Palenque. Everything is happening at night so we can only see the Pakal Palenque Pyramid a bit in the dark guarded by some policemen. With Jose's help (another copy of Gennai) they manage to go inside the Pyramid. The corridors that are shown in the series could be the same as it is inside.

That's actually pretty much it. They find all the Digimon they were searching for inside the Pyramid and they send them back in the digital world, leave the city and return to other digidestined to pick up Sora and Yolei from Russia.

I have to say I really liked the idea of Ken speaking a bit of spanish. He was the talented one and hearing him speak another language is totally believable.

Today's research is a bit short but I'm sure next post is going to be a bit longer. The only part that is left is Davis's visit to America, so the next month will be the last post about the Digimon World tour. Till then!
